Introduction
Our volumetric color feeders are precise and accurately meter color concentrate, regrind and additives directly into your molding machine or extruder feed throat. They are a simple, economical feeding solution for proportional mixing of free-flowing materials such as pellets and powders.
There are 10 models to choose from with a gear motor deceleration ratios of 38:1 or 75:1 coupled with metering screws ranging from 12, 14, 16, 20 or 30mm in diameter. Outputs range from 0.22 to 271 lbs./hr. (0.1 to 123 kg/hr.). Double color feeders can be assembled from two single color feeders.

Working Principle
The control sends a signal to the feed motor to begin working. The shaft connector rotates the metering screw. Color additives in the hopper fall into the rotating grooves of the screw and are taken to the hopper base.
