Description
TDL series drying and feeding machine combines plastic drying and feeding functions into a single unit. This industrial drying and feeding equipment is especially suitable for large injection molding machines and vertical injection molding machines. TDL series drying and feeding machine can also collocate with separate-vacuum hopper loader, or TAL-900G feeder for second-stage feeding applications.

1. Our drying and feeding machine is designed with deviation indicating temperature controller to ensure accurate temperature control.
2. A number of collocating models are available to satisfy almost all needs.
3. Limited size makes it easy to move.
4. Material barrel of this drying and feeding machine is made of stainless steel to prevent materials from being contaminated.
5. Separate material barrel and hopper design facilitates cleaning and material replacement.
6. Closed loop feeding system helps prevent the raw materials from exposure after drying.
7. Polishing treatment is optional to prevent the raw materials against contamination.
8. Warning lights are designed with this industrial drying and feeding equipment to immediately respond to failures.
9. TDL-300 and models below are equipped with aluminum base. THL-400 and models above are equipped with aluminum magnetic base.
10. Optional timing device is available.
11. TAL-900G feeder is optional for second-stage feeding applications.
12. Optional cyclone separator, exhaust air filter, hot air collector, aluminum magnetic base, blower inlet filter, hopper magnet are available.
