Volumetric Doser
Description
TCM series volumetric dosers are designed for auto-proportional mixing of virgin materials, regrinds, master batch or additives. Our volumetric dosing system uses brushless DC motor, and it can extrude materials through precise screw with the margin of error no more than ±1%.
Advantages
1. A gear motor with gear ratio of 30:1 and 100:1 is coupled to a dosing screw of 12, 14 or 16mm in diameter to offer a total of six models with output ranging from 0.1kg/hr to 32kg/hr.
2. Double-color dosers are available for collocating with any two of single-color dosers if demanded.
Features
1. Brushless DC motor is used and no maintenance is required.
2. This volumetric dosing machine is designed with permanent recording and storage function.
3. Microcomputer control to realize precise dosing.
4. External signals can be directly input to the controller.
5. Dosing screws are chrome plated for durability.
6. Units of this volumetric doser are comprised of standard modules for ease of cleaning, assembly and disassembly, and interchangeability.
7. The base of single-color doser is equipped with hopper magnets to protect the screw against iron contamination and damage.
8. Mixer is standard equipment for both single-color and double-color dosers to make materials evenly mixed.
9. Main material hopper is standard equipment for double-color doser, but optional one for single-color doser.
10. The base should be installed with a large flange if collocating this volumetric dosing machine with THD-100 or THD-160U dryers.
11. Base is optional if collocating this volumetric doser with THD-100-300KG or THD-160U-450U dryers.
12. CE conformity.
