Dehumidifying Dryer
Description
TDD series dehumidifying dryers combine dehumidifying and drying functions into a single unit. Our dehumidifying drying equipment is primarily used for drying hygroscopic engineering plastics, including PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc. All models consist of one TD-H honeycomb dehumidifier and stainless steel drying hopper. These dehumidifying dryers, under ideal conditions, can offer dehumidified dry air with a dew point lower than -40℃.
Features
1. TDD series dehumidifying dryer is equipped with honeycomb dehumidifiers. It has combined dehumidifying and drying functions, and it is designed with attractive appearance.
2. The drying hopper of this dehumidifying drying equipment is characterized by cyclone separator and down blowing of dry air. This improves the drying efficiency and reduces heat loss.
3. Dual coolers ensure low return air temperature and low dew point.
4. Compact in size for ease of movement and space saving.
5. PLC control and LCD touch screen are optional for convenient operation.
6. Dew point monitor is optional.
7. Suction box and hopper loader are optional for convenient material conveying.
8. This dehumidifying dryer complies with European standards, and is certified by CE.
