Our 3 Axis Servo Robots are designed to provide trouble-free removal of sprues and parts from the injection molding machine. Highly efficient, the 3 Axis Servo Robot is designed for 2-plate molds or hot runner systems and features both a standard and telescopic arm.
For molding machines up to 300 tons, the economical 3 Axis Servo Robots have highly precise linear movements which are driven by servo motors with linear guide rails and high power V belts. The wrist mechanism uses a pneumatic driven rack and pinion system and the vertical telescopic arm minimizes the cycle time and height of the robot.
