Description
TAL-U series Euro type self-contained vacuum hopper loader uses stainless steel hopper to avoid material contamination. This self-contained hopper loader is characterized by polished finish and attractive appearance. Sound-proof motor cover helps reduce the noise level. A top handle enables convenient movement.

Features
1. TAL-1.5U and TAL-12U self-contained hopper loader use carbon brush motor with fast rotating speed and large air flow while maintaining compact structure, easy for movement and installation.
2. Microcomputer control allows easy operation and precise control. Alarm lights are set for safe operation.
3. Our vacuum hopper loader can display the time and failure of carbon brush.
4. Electronically controlled proportioning valve.
5. Hopper and base can be adjusted in any direction.
6. Pressure switch with filter plugging alarm function.
7. TAL-U uses reed switch, while TAL-U-E adopts photoelectric switch with high sensitivity and stable quality.
8. All models of these self-contained hopper loaders are equipped with hinged hopper lid that is connected by hinges for easy cleaning of mesh.
9. TAL-3U and models above have base with 275mm outer diameter, and can work with dryers of THD-20U and models above, and THD-75 and models above.
10. TAL-1.5U and models above have base with 250mm outer diameter, and can work with THD-20U/40U dryer.
11. All TAL-U models of vacuum hopper loader are designed with standard cloth filter mesh and auto-spraying dust cleaner. For TAL-6U and models above, air accumulator is optional to reduce manual cleaning time. In order to maintain good functions, TAL-U-3 series is designed with cloth filter mesh and motor reverse cleaning function, but no air accumulator and backwash pipe are required.
12. HMB-900 multi-functional installation frame with maximum adjustment diameter of 900mm is optional.
13. TCH-6U/12U/24U hopper is optional to mount directly on moulding machine.
14. This self-contained hopper loader conforms to European safety standards, and is certified by CE.
