Description
THR-US series hopper loaders are necessary equipment for the central feeding system. We offer two types of hopper loaders to control the material level:
1. Vacuum hopper (U): control the material level with magnetic reed switch, mounts directly on a dryer.
2. Photo sensor hopper (U-E): control the material level through interactive photo sensor switch, can be installed directly on the molding machine.
These two types of hopper loaders are both designed with diaphragm valve to work with the central vacuum generator and the central control station for consistent and reliable feeding and production. Both vacuum hopper and photo sensor hopper adopt plugs that conform to European safety standards to ensure safe operation.
Features
1. Vacuum hopper adopts highly sensitive magnetic reed switch to ensure timely feeding of raw materials without interruption.
2. Photo sensor hopper uses high-precision interactive photo sensor switches to accurately control feeding process.
