Description
TAL-US series Euro type three-phase separated vacuum hopper loader is a newly-designed hopper loader that features powerful functions, attractive appearance and easy operation and installation. Stainless steel hopper helps prevent the materials from being contaminated. High-pressure blower features light weight, easy operation and installation, long service life, etc.

Features
1. Our industrial vacuum hopper loader uses EEPROM to keep the setting information and save it permanently.
2. Automatic cleaning device and cloth filter mesh are optional. TAL-12U-C/CE and models above can be equipped with air accumulator.
3. Cyclone baffle and separated dust bucket are designed to effectively reduce the working load of filter.
4. Economic series of separated vacuum hopper loader (designed with cloth filter mesh, but has removed the second filter mesh) is available to reduce customer’s costs.
5. Standard and insulation-type European hoppers are available for THR-6U/12U/24U (TAL-UGP series excluded).
6. TAL-UG series separated vacuum hopper loader is designed with two kinds of filter devices: bag filter and plate filter. Optional air accumulator and standard automatic cleaning device are available for this series.
7. Cyclone dust collector is optional for TAL-1HP/2HP-UG industrial vacuum hopper loader.
8. For the TAL-UG separated vacuum hopper loader, if the crushed materials account for 30% of the feeding materials, then 14-mesh stainless steel filter is optional.
9. If the industrial vacuum hopper loader is changed to conform to European regulations, add “CE” after the model name.
